  • Most homes take approximately 30 minutes to photograph if the home is show ready upon arrival. 3D Tours and additional services can take an additional 1-2 hours depending on the square footage & layout.

  • We will occasionally move small personal items for shots out of client privacy, but homes are expected to be photo ready upon arrival. We do have the option for AI Staging if the home is empty or Agent/Owner would like a different look.

  • Agents are welcome to accompany us during any shoots, we can meet with clients at the home, or we are familiar with lockboxes & can proceed without anyone present.

  • We offer a 24 hour turn around time (maximum of 48 hours during busy weeks). Any potential delays are communicated immediately or before the session if possible.

  • We offer a flexible schedule and request at minimum a one hour notice for photography and a 4 hour notice for 3D Tours. Sessions can be scheduled via our contact page or by text/call at 276.210.8835
